Our policy of Social Responsibility is guided by values and principles such as Environmental Conscience, Social Conscience, Openness to Society, Trust and Ethics.
It is our concern to deepen our knowledge of the surrounding social reality, namely through cooperating with, and supporting, social, health, cultural, and sports institutions.
As shopping centre managers, it is natural for the social issues that affect the communities we are located in to also be of interest to us. We regularly organize community events, often with a cultural or environmental edge, and, occasionally, directed towards specific groups, such as children and the elderly. We collaborate with social solidarity charities through the organization of collections at our shopping centres and through both local and corporate donations. At the corporate level, we have implemented a system that makes it easy for our collaborators to volunteer within the community, allocating for that effect a certain amount of time at the disposal of all our collaborators.
