In order to ensure a greater satisfaction for all Sonae Sierra Stakeholders, we have created a Sierra Ombudsman.
How does it work?
The Sierra Ombudsman works as a facilitator to whom all company Stakeholders can appeal, presenting their notifications, suggestions and complaints, with the guarantee that these will be processed and investigated and that, whenever possible, the circumstances that caused them shall be corrected.
Whenever contacted – from Portugal or any other country where Sonae Sierra is represented – the Sierra Ombudsman shall objectively analyze the facts; this will allow for either their correction, or for the issue of a justification for keeping them in place. At all events, the Sierra Ombudsman is committed to replying to all those who appeal.
